Hurricane Heroes was created by an Estero High School student to help Southwest Florida communities during hurricanes by connecting shelters with donors and volunteers. Our mission is simple: connect those who want to help with those who need help the most.
When hurricanes strike, shelters often struggle to communicate their urgent needs. At the same time, generous people want to donate but don’t know what’s required. Hurricane Heroes bridges that gap by providing real-time information on what each hurricane relief center needs—whether it’s food, water, clothing, or other essentials.
